Support the Next Generation: PE Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Opportunity

Watford Grammar School for Girls is proud to offer a unique opportunity for aspiring female educators and sports enthusiasts within our wider school community. We are currently recruiting for a female Level 3 PE Teaching Assistant Apprentice, starting on 2 September 2025. This 14-month paid apprenticeship is ideal for recent school leavers, career changers, or anyone looking to gain valuable experience in education and sport.

The successful candidate will work alongside our dedicated PE staff, supporting lessons, helping to run extracurricular and lunchtime activities, and contributing to the vibrant life of the school. In partnership with Sporting Futures Training, the apprentice will receive weekly training and work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
