Hi All. Sorry to take so long to get back to you with costings, I have been waiting to hear from the catering company.

I have been offered the date of Saturday 2nd July 2022, from 1500hrs -1800hrs and the venue would be the garden at the back of Ladies' Close. In case of bad weather we would be moved to the Curve Room inside which is one of the conference rooms there.

The total cost of catering, venue hire, waitresses and school tour would come in at £41.00 per head if 30 attend. The less of us there are, the more expensive it becomes.

Alternatively, we could take the "do it ourself" option, but this would mean quite a bit of running around collecting food and booze, but this is doable and would be a lot cheaper.

I would be grateful if you could let me know if you are definitely interested and which option you would prefer.
